Long Beach is the capital of homelessness. Actual September 2024 video of typical Long Beach alley damage and debris from homeless dumpster diving. Homeless trash bin rummaging around for recycling and household items leave Long Beach uninhabitable.
Long Beach City Council and City Manager have failed residents by leaving public alleys flooded with debris. A picture is worth a thousand words, and a video is worth a million! We cannot continue to live in a rubbish & rat-infested pig pen.
I will fix the homeless problem left by former Mayor and current Congressman Robert Garcia.
